Moi University takes to the sky with acquisition of a training aircraft. The institution becomes the first public university to own an aircraft. The aircraft which was recently delivered to the university’s Eldoret Campus will be used to offer training in Aero Science and Operations.
The aircraft was offered to the institution by the ministry of Environment and Natural Resources. Term of engagement between the ministry and the institution are however not clear.
The university also recently celebrated its 25 years of existence with the launch of an FM radio.
