Knec Changes Slip Out-Look

The Kenya national examination council(KNEC) has changed the appearance of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education result slip released this year. The new result slips are much bigger in size than those previously issued and also more bluish. All the other features and item arrangement in the slip however have remained unchanged.
Even with the release of new-look result slips, some candidates who sat their exam at Pearls of Wisdom Girls’ Secondary school in Kayole have not yet see their results nearly two weeks after their release. The school was closed down and the candidates who talked to Darasa Times said they have been unable to reach the school principal to get their results. Only six candidates sat the KCSE examination from the school last year. Three were registered for examination at St. Justino Secondary School in Soweto, Kayole and another group registered separately at Pioneer High School in Kariobangi.
The candidates are now asking for assistance to help them have their results released.
